May 12, 2016. Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cromwell, a premier provider of Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Nursing Care in Connecticut, is proudly dedicating a wall to recognize the service of its Residents who are War Veterans.

On a special location amidst its cozy environment, the Veteran’s Wall of Honor will render special recognition of the faithful service to our country by the 24 Residents who are Veterans from WWII, the Korean War and the Vietnam War.

Highly regarded for its excellence in clinical care and comfort, Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cromwell features specialized programs that include Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Wound Care, and a highly acclaimed Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care Unit.

Cognizant of the unique rehabilitation needs and particular challenges that Veterans face, the facility boasts a highly trained and caring staff that implements evidence-based individualized plans of care, and delivers quality clinical care in a well-structured and nurturing environment.
